Sunday: Free All-Levels Vinyasa Yoga

Wednesday: November Project

November Project is a self-described "FREE fitness movement that was born in Boston as a way to stay in shape during cold New England months."
Although it was born in Boston (we won't mention that), the Baltimore chapter is an amazing community-building organization where friendships, and even marriages are made. It recently made it to the cover of Baltimore Magazine's "Best of Baltimore 2016," and for good reason. The workout happens outside in the same place, rain or shine, all year long (yes, even in January). It's worth attending if only for the quirky personalities you meet while working out. Get moving early, embrace the weirdness that is "hips-in hugs" and JUST SHOW UP.
Thursday: Get Grooving with Free Zumba
Thursday, August 18th from 6:30-7:30pm at the Cahill Rec Center
Don't you love working out when it doesn't feel like working out? Well, that's Zumba. Join the community, get in the rhythm. You'll be glad you did.
Friday: Unwind your week with Free Yoga
Thursday, August 19th from 6:30-7:30pm at the Bentalou Rec Center
The Bentalou Rec Center, sponsored by Healthy West Baltimore is a free, weekly, community Vinyasa yoga flow. Open to the public at no charge, the participants are an eclectic blend of all that makes Baltimore great.
Saturday: Free Boot Camp by XPF Studio
Saturday, August 20th from 8-9am at West Shore Park in the Inner Harbor
Finish your week of wellness with a bang. XPF Boot Camp is designed to give you an intense full body workout in the shortest time possible.
Implementing the progressive, personal style of the XPF system. You'll be training using athletic drills, body weight exercises, plyometrics, and much more. Expect to lose weight, improve your overall fitness level and have fun!
If you are extra adventurous, opt for the double header and at 9am rock out with Dance2Fit brought to you also by XPF Studio and Waterfront Partnership.
